BOULDERS AT
MOUNTAINSIDE
Located in the tall forested pines of the Sierra Nevada mountains this Boulders at Mountainside build was completed in 2019 by Ryan Construction.
Our team ran the interior trim and finishes of the multi-story multi-million dollar custom home.
CRYSTAL BAY PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Positioned directly on the shores of Lake Tahoe this private residence project featured custom woodwork throughout the home. The Ryan Construction team installed detailed paneling on stair sets, vaulted ceilings, banisters, and custom bunk beds giving the home a modern mountain feel.
This project was worked on and completed in the summer of 2023.

NORTHSTAR IRON HORSE
Located at the base of Northstar Ski Resort the Northstar Iron Horse water damage repair project was completed by Ryan Construction in 2016.
This multi-level building contains retail shops and residences which sustained water damage and needed extensive repair. Our team fixed the exterior envelope and exterior siding, repaired the drywall on the interior and waterproofed and fireproofed the building.

SHAFFER'S MILL TOWNHOMES
This Truckee based four season community is located just outside of Lake Tahoe in one of the region's most desirable areas.
This custom home frame, interior trim and finish work was completed by Ryan Construction.
CRYSTAL BAY PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Working in tandem with the proceeding Crystal Bay private residence project the Ryan Construction team installed custom wood paneling throughout the home.

Paneling work included vaulted ceiling installations with crossbeam support finishing, staircase wood detailing, and more.
This project was worked on and completed in 2023.
LAKE TAHOE RESIDENCE
This stunning mountain home was created with the vision of capturing the old Tahoe style. We ran the D-log siding, completed all of the interior trim and finish work and created a custom mantle that was inspired by the design of rest of the home.
